The following conditions must have been met:

• Have worked in the particular job role for at least         4 years.

• Be in possession of an employer's letter stating such. 

• The duration may be a sum added from  different employers' letters. 

• Welding ARPL

• Boiler Maker ARPL

• Millwright ARPL

• Tool-Maker ARPL

• Electrical ARPL

• Motor Mechanic ARPL

• Diesel Mechanic ARPL

• And so forth
